I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD – WHAT DO I DO?
To reset your password, follow the instructions “Forgot your password “ on the login page. We’ll then send you an email to create a new password and start shopping again.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED AND HOW DO I TRACK IT?
Tumi will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.
Estimated delivery times: four (4) to seven (7) business days.
The delivery time starts from the moment you have received a shipping email confirmation. This email confirmation includes a link for you to track your shipment.
WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE CONFIDENTIAL?
We take data protection very seriously at Tumi. Information you provide to us via our website is stored on secure servers. Your card details and password are not available to any of our employees.
Please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any website or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential.

To make an order on tumi.com.kw you do not need to register, however we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Discover new trends and the latest collections directly from our home page selections by choosing a category from the navigation menu or by using the filer.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
On each product page you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item and when applicable, whether availability is limited or it is the last one available in our warehouse. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
HOW TO ORDER
- From the product page, select the desired color and size of the item
- Add the product to your cart
- Once you have finished shopping, click on Cart
- Select a payment method
- Enter your detailed delivery address and on the following page, your payment details.
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click on “Buy Now”
After few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment our team will take care of everything and as soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with another shipping confirmation email.

Our courier partner, once your order is ready for delivery, they will attempt to contact you for a drop off at your convenient time.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
At this time, we are unable to deliver your order P.O. boxes or to an unclear delivery address.
You can return any order to us within 30 days of receiving it.
You may return the product(s) to us and receive a store credit note either:
- by courier: You have to notify our customer care on 00971( 0)48167175 or email us at customercare.tumi@chalhoub.com to request a return, free of charge for one return per order. Our customer care service will schedule the pickup of your parcel from your home address.
- by visiting the Tumi store in the Kuwait.
When returning a product, replace the unused item(s) in the original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (warranties, authentication certificates) and the original tax receipt. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected. Any item that is returned damaged, used, incomplete will not be refunded or exchanged.
ONLINE RETURNS
The means and costs of returning your order are offered free of charge by TUMI, subject to a limit of one return per order
If you would like to return an item, you must notify Tumi customer care on 00971( 0)48167175 or email customercare.tumi@chalhoub.com who will assist you with the request.
Customer service will share with you the parcel documents and schedule a parcel pick-up from your home address.

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Visit one of our stores located in Kuwait.
Ensure your product is in perfect condition before handing it to one of our sales associates along with the delivery slip.
Specify whether you require an exchange or a return.
We kindly inform you that our stores can only issue an In store credit. This in Store credit can only be redeemed in store and not online.
IN STORE CREDIT
We’ll process your return within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, during busier periods it may take up to 7 working days.
As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that the In store credit has been issued.
Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT ON TUMI.COM.KW ?
We exchange a product only in store. We invite you to visit our store and select your choice of exchange.
